This book was made using mulberry bark which was first boiled, softened, and slowly stretched by hand to reveal the natural web of fibers within. Contemplations about the future are hand written on Kozo paper that has been glued to the bark.
Each line of the poem traces a quiet emotional thought— of generosity, silence, longing, and becoming— told through material that resists, frays, and surprises.
